weather cancellations: the studio does not automatically close if schools are closed. We make that decision later in the day and often, the weather is better by this time. If we do close, we will put an announcement on the answering machine, send an email and post this on Facebook.
costumes: these begin arriving in early spring. As soon as your child receives her/his costume, try it on immediately! Please do not wait until June! We can often do a size exchange, if the costume is brought back in the original packaging as soon as possible. Tights may be exchanged if they have not been opened (refer to the sizing chart on the package of tights you receive).
past due payments: please remember that all accounts must be paid in full before costumes are passed out and before recital. We have payments coming in Feb, Mar, Apr, May and June

window clings: available at the desk. Cost is $5

COSTUMES FOR RECITAL -- the teachers are in the process of choosing costumes and measuring your child. If you would prefer to measure your child yourself, please see Cindy, Mandy or Lynne at the desk for details on specific measurements we need. If your child is on the borderline between 2 sizes, we always err on the larger side. Please remember that costume fees are $70 per costume and these need to be paid in full by Dec. 1. It is helpful for us to have a separate check for tuition and costumes, if possible. Costumes will be ordered during the month of Dec and typically begin arriving in March
HALLOWEEN -- there will be NO classes onTuesday, Oct 31. We hope you enjoy this special evening with your children.
HIP HOP SHOES -- a reminder for those dancers in hip hop classes -- please DO NOT wear your dance shoes into the studio. Keep your dance shoes separate from your outside shoes. Mud and pebbles stick to your outside shoes and get onto the dance floors
If your child is in a hip hop class (not a competition class), she/he needs a specific shoe by June's recital. These are Converse All-Star hi-tops, in black with white accents. These may be purchased at area stores, including Kohls and Shoe Carnival
PARENT VISITATION -- our first visitation is set for the week of Nov 7 for Rooms 1 and 2 and the week of Nov 14 for rooms 3 and 4
